Kick start your week by riding with the La Bicicletta Toronto Breakfast Club.
The ride will start together with a moderate pace and we will increase the intensity toward the end of the ride. Follow the ride leaders instructions at all times. During the warm up after steep hills we focus on keeping the group together and soft pedal to let the group get back together again.
Our average ride pace is around 3.0wkg. On steeper climbs of 3% or more, pace can be above 4.0wkg.
Most of the time the ride will end with a short race to the finish line.
Stay with the group ride leader by following the yellow beacon and the text messages. This is not a full ON race but a ride designed to start your week off with moderate intensity and a really fun cycling group!
