Factor ELARA: Fast Gravel, Redefined
Conceived for the world’s fastest gravel events—including the UCI Gravel World Series, Gravel Earth Series, and World Championships—the Factor ELARA is an aero gravel race bike engineered to be the fastest option on the roughest ground. What began as an update to the OSTRO Gravel morphed into an entirely radical redesign driven directly by rider feedback from athletes like 2025 Gravel Earth Series winner Magnus Bak Klaris.
Road-Derived Race Geometry: The ELARA features a race-fit profile inspired by Factor’s road platforms. Designed with a longer reach, reduced trail, lower bottom bracket, and snappy 423 mm chainstays, it yields sharp, road-like handling and high-speed stability across unpaved surfaces.
Massive Tire Clearance: Designed to accommodate up to 57 mm (2.2-inch) tires in a 1× configuration (up to 47 mm in a 2× setup). Rather than targeting adventure riding, this clearance is specifically tailored to help racers maintain maximum speed and control through high-impact, rocky sections.
Advanced Aerodynamics: Incorporating design principles from the Factor ONE and OSTRO VAM programs—including a planar carbon fork, narrow hourglass head tube, and optimized downtube profiles—the ELARA delivers a 5–8% lower drag coefficient compared to the OSTRO Gravel.
Lightweight Monocoque Construction: Built using a true single-piece monocoque mold, the painted Size M frame weighs under 1,100 g. The carbon layups prioritize torsional stiffness at the bottom bracket and head tube junctions for precise power transfer and handling.
Integrated Versatility: Features in-frame downtube storage, top-tube feed port, two inside-triangle bottle mounts, a T47A internal threaded bottom bracket, and a UDH/direct-mount rear derailleur hanger.
