The product of ASSOS aeroScience and a collaboration with the Swiss Tudor Pro Cycling Team, the RS Shell Jersey S11 completely re-imagines what a gilet can do – a highly breathable, stormproof shell that protects like a vest but fits like a racing jersey. The all-new DIAMOND Ultra softshell shields the front and shoulders from wind, chill, and precipitation, and the high-stretch, insulating 575CX textile wraps the upper arms in thermoregulating support. Both textiles are highly breathable, keeping your microclimate dry and ensuring that full-gas efforts don’t leave you riding in a clammy chill. They’re also both ultra-elastic, and the addition of an elastic mesh panel on the lower back supplements fit, allowing for a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette suitable for competition at the highest levels. As ride conditions improve and the temperature rises, the RS Shell Jersey S11’s low-volume construction packs down to stow in a jersey or jacket pocket.

DIAMOND Ultra is a new, proprietary 2L membrane that represents a more protective, more elastic upgrade to ASSOS SPHERE softshell family. This highly elastic textile is the lightest DIAMOND material, and it confers premium breathability, waterproof protection, and a second-skin, pressure-free fit. 575CX is an insulating, breathable warp-knit textile that wraps the contours of the body in supportive, second-skin compression.
