ASSOS RSR Winter Speed Booties

ASSOS RSR Winter Speed Booties are an aerodynamic evolution of winter booties, featuring upgraded textiles across the ankle and a reduced volume for layering beneath tights.

The new RSR Winter Speed Booties combine the speed-focused fit of the spring and summer versions with the protection and insulation required for colder weather. The booties feature a lower volume, more aerodynamic fit by eliminating the zipper and using more elastic, pre-mapped textiles. They remain windproof, waterproof, and warm, but also layer frictionlessly with tights and wrap the calf area in a zeroPressure, second-skin fit. ASSOS SportGrip on the sole adds durability and walking traction.
Please note: These are for road cycling shoes only and NOT for MTB type sole cycling shoes.

Technology
FEATURED FABRICS: Wrapping the ankle, Airblock.888 is the midweight version of the ASSOS Airblock family of technical membranes developed in-house. It insulates and blocks wind and water, protecting the personal microclimate against variable conditions. The forefoot panel is the breathable, insulated Neos Medium 3L softshell, which boosts thermoregulation while still providing an aerodynamic fit. SportGrip on the sole adds durability and walking traction.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT: Zipper-less construction and body-mapped paneling eliminate volume for a zeroPressure, second-skin fit.

HOW TO PUT ON ASSOS ZIP-FREE OVERSHOES:
Important note: These ASSOS Zip-Free overshoes are high performance cycling equipment. Please do not rush to put them on. These are very tight fitting and require a certain element of finesse to put on. The Zip-Free overshoes are put on BEFORE your cycling shoes. With a little experience this will become an easy and intuitive part of the pre-ride procedure.

Step 1. Put your foot through the upper opening and then out the cleat opening. Then pull the overshoe up around your ankle.
Step 2. Put on your cycling shoe.
Step 3. Carefully pull the heel area of the shoe cover down and into position around the rear of the shoe.
Step 4. Carefully pull the front area of the shoe cover forward and over the front of the shoe. Done! HAVE A GOOD RIDE!
