ASSOS TRAIL TACTICA Liner Shorts ST T3 are minimalist, superlight liner shorts for low-intensity riding. Engineered with a new, less aggressive ST Sport Touring insert, a more secure fit, and an ultralight, utltrabreathable textile.
The new Sport Touring TRAIL TACTICA Liner Shorts are engineered for less-intense applications — touring, ebikes, and commuting. They’re refined for pure utility with minimal weight and ultimate breathability, so they layer seamlessly under any shorts or pants. The waist construction and leg bands are the same as the more robust TACTICA HP liner, wrapping the waist and thighs with lightly compressive security. The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert is 33% thinner than the High Performance model in our TACTICA HP T3 liner, though its dual layer construction erases microvibrations and diffuses shocks and larger impacts.

TECHNOLOGY
FEATURED FABRICS: Impossibly intercooling and ultrabreathable, Airflow.1299 warp-knit textile is the lightest of our TACTICA liner materials. The zigzaggy structure reinforces the airy mesh, adding secure stability.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT: Cut in a second-skin fit for unobtrusive layering beneath TACTICA Cargo equipment with all primary stitches reversed to eliminate friction next to your skin. Standard length legs increase coverage between skin and outer layers.
ENGINEERING: zeroPressure Waist: A soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves the comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.
Superlight Leg Grippers: Elastic incorporated into lightly compressive bands creates a secure hold without restriction.
OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert: Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 6: Compressive foam layers reduced to a minimalist 6mm and engineered for more upright riding positions. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.
3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight while absorbing shocks.
goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at front and rear with floating sides and center, letting it move with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on wings reduce volume and friction throughout the pedal stroke.
