ASSOS UMA GT Bib Shorts C2 are a new women specific design bib short platform for committed daily riding, whether dedicated training regimens or weekly ride events. All-day and every-day.
ASSOS wanted to create an all-inclusive solution for daily riding. Something that’s simple in concept but more complicated in the execution. To meet the requirements, ASSOS built the premier UMA GT on a platform of trickledown tech, including an updated AEPD fit profile and bib suspension infrastructure. The insert has been updated, reducing the footprint, boosting ventilation/cooling and adding an aesthetic touch with the light blue color. The new C2 insert has shock absorbing compressive foam layers in an 9mm endurance/comfort platform.

FEATURED FABRICS: Type.429 is stretchy enough for a streamlined fit; breathable enough for the heights of summer; compressive enough to respond to and support your body; and substantial enough to resist the abuse of countless kilometers. A true daily workhorse.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT: C2 AEPD regularFit is based on our performance race models but tuned for comfort with a more accommodating waist and our standard leg length. Streamlined performance for all-day cycling.
ENGINEERING:
X-frame: A-frame suspension inherited from the DYORA RS bibs. Limits sag on the lower back for a confident fit that stabilizes the chamois and main body panel.
Ultralight Leg Grippers: 4.5cm elastane band naturally grips the thigh without silicone treatment to deliver a smooth, ultralight hold.
UMA GT C2:
Shock-Absorb Damping Mono: Compressive foam layers in an 9mm endurance platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.
goldenGate: The stitching pattern anchors the front and back but lets the insert’s body float, allowing the chamois to move with your body rather than against it.
3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
