Shipping Policy

Every day, we deliver to customers across Canada.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. We process orders Monday - Friday during our regular business hours. Some items may need extra time; ie special order items or if items need to move from our off-site warehouse to our processing/shipping location.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to transit from our shipping location to the destination. This can vary depending on the distance and carrier service levels. Shipping transit times are NOT guaranteed. 

Each shipment will be provided with tracking information. This notification will be sent to you via e-mail when the order is shipped.

Some items are assigned a flat shipping rate if they are oversize, heavy, bulky items. The details of this is shown on the checkout screen. These items are not covered under the normal $150 order amount free shipping threshold. Examples: complete bikes, indoor trainer bikes, indoor trainers, wheelsets, etc..
