As the core endurance model, UMA GT is often the first touchpoint into the ASSOS world. It needs to make an impact, and it does – every ride, every day. It’s been carefully refined over the years, showcasing the iconic comfort, fit, and durability that makes ASSOS what it is, and the S11 generation pushes the envelope further. The new body textile is lighter, more durable, and has a deeper, true-black color while maintaining breathability, and the overall structure is locked into place with the addition of rollBar bib straps – technology adapted from the Racing Series.
Technology overview
FEATURED FABRICS
The new QUARTZ textile is a lightweight, breathable warp knit with permanent odorControl. The true-black color doesn’t turn white or become transparent while stretching during normal use, and 80% of its content is from pre-consumer recycled polyamide.

ENGINEERING
//rollBar: A patented bracing design adapted from the Racing Series. Stabilizes the insert and locks it in place as your weight transfers while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.
//PILtec Plug-In: A lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band across the leg opening. The microdot silicone treatment is invisible from the outside but stabilizes fit and maintains grip in wet or dry conditions.
//zeroPressure Waist: A soft, highly elastic waist construction that improves comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.
GT S11 Insert
//Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12: Compressive foam layers in a 12mm endurance platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.
//3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
//goldenGate 2.0: A free-floating construction that moves with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on the wings reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke.
//Sundeck Tec: An ultrasoft panel at the front of the insert that minimizes the footprint and eliminates pressure, allowing a more streamlined fit and increasing airflow.
