Other than the team branding, the RS LS Jersey S11 remains the same, including the skinsuit-like aerodynamics of the long sleeves’ 550CX textile. The material channels airflow to reduce drag, and the texture is oriented to maximize aero gains in aggressive riding positions. The main body of miniCheck Tex is the classic RS Jersey textile, providing ultralight, ultrabreathable comfort and body-wrapping, compressive support. The jersey’s fit is anchored at the rear hem by the PILtec Plug-In technology, which pairs an ultralight strip of textile with silicone microdots to stabilize fit while climbing, sprinting, or cornering – even while wet.

FEATURED FABRICS
The open 3D knit miniCheck Tex provides high breathability, high elasticity, UPF 25, and the signature ASSOS jersey texture across the front. The pockets are anchored by a rear panel of Stabilizer V11, which provides hypercooling breathability and is so lightweight (UPF 15) that we recommend applying sunscreen beneath it. It also reinforces stability, preventing sag and movement when pockets are loaded. The sleeves feature the new 550CX warp-knit textile, which provides UPF 35 protection and a muscle-wrapping, bistretch fit with inherent aerodynamic properties.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT
ASSOS racingFit is a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette designed with WorldTour pro-team feedback. Compressive textiles, micro-adjusted shaping, and low-bulk, raw-cut hems and cuffs identify racingFit as the definitive speed series.
ENGINEERING
//Raw Cut & Bonded: Sleeves, hem, and zipper are all raw cut and bonded, eliminating transitional ridges and maintaining clean, elegant lines throughout the jersey’s construction.
//Triple Ramp Pockets: Flexible fabric panels sewn into the pockets create “lids,” securing and stabilizing the contents while protecting against precipitation or road spray.
//PILtec Plug-In: The rear hem features a lightweight, ultrabreathable textile band with a microdot silicone treatment that stabilizes the jersey’s back panel and maintains grip while wet.
