The JOHDAH is a winter icon. To update it for the S11 generation, ASSOS engineered an entirely new family of stormproof softshells: DIAMOND. The front panels feature DIAMOND Ultra in a twinDeck construction over OSMOS Light, which returns from the previous JOHDAH. The combination is more protective, more breathable, and elastic to move with you through the pedal stroke. On the lower back, a panel of DIAMOND Medium combines insulation with stormproof protection against water fanning off the rear tire. The rear panels of the legs are water-repellent OSMOS Heavy, increasing breathability in areas that aren’t exposed to the elements, and sheathes of Waterskin wrap your ankles in a waterproof, windproof barrier against road spray and precipitation alike.
The updated S11 cut maintains second-skin aerodynamics, but due to the increased elasticity of DIAMOND textiles – the number of seams and overall pressure are reduced, and the body-mapped design is able to wrap the large muscles in 360-degree support and stability without the previous generation’s rollBar suspension. S11 is frictionless compression and second-skin aerodynamics without restriction.The JOHDAH S11 is anchored by the RS S11 insert, with a top sheet that’s softer against the body, more durable for washing, and features improved odor control. High breathability keeps your core dry, eliminating the risk of accumulated moisture becoming a frigid, stinging chill.

DIAMOND Ultra is a new, proprietary 2L membrane that represents a more protective, more elastic upgrade to ASSOS SPHERE softshell family. This highly elastic textile is our lightest DIAMOND material, and it confers premium breathability, waterproof protection, and a second-skin, pressure-free fit. It’s layered in a twinDeck construction over OSMOS Light, ASSOS most insulating thermal textile, for the ultimate barrier against winter. DIAMOND Medium is a 3L softshell that adds ultrasoft insulation to a breathable, stormproof membrane – self-contained, weatherproof thermoregulation. Waterskin is waterproof, windproof, and highly elastic, creating a perfect seal.
