ASSOS SPHERE Ultra is an ultralight proprietary softshell, employed here to protect the core against wind and water without overheating. Additionally, the updated leg design pattern is specifically shaped to articulate at the knee to eliminate friction while pedaling.

For the latest generation of EQUIPE RS Spring Fall Bib Tights, the focus is on compressive support, breathability, and insulation that won’t cause overheating during full-gas efforts. The body textile is the same ultrasoft, breathable thermal textile as the previous generation, but the construction is updated with a light softshell core panel. It doesn’t trap excess heat, but it does protect the core from wind, road spray, and precipitation. The new S11 antimicrobial insert features the same free-floating design and airflow-promoting technologies as the SCHTRADIVARI summer bib shorts, but with the insert area protected behind the breathable, windproof softshell panel. The result is comfort with high breathability – dry warmth, critical for riding in cool conditions.

It actively modulates temperature to prevent overheating, and its warp knit structure provides compressive support to stimulate blood circulation. SPHERE Ultra is an ultralight proprietary softshell, employed here to protect the core against wind and water without overheating.
CONSTRUCTION/FIT
Our AEPD 11 racingFit is a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette designed with WorldTour feedback to envelope the body in 360-degree compression and stability. The Louvre Tec design pattern specially shapes the knee to eliminate friction while pedaling.
ENGINEERING
- Soft compression Module: Provides body-enveloping, omnidirectional compression and stability with a waist construction that eliminates restriction in aggressive riding positions.
- X-Frame: An A-frame suspension that limits sag on the lower back, stabilizing the insert and main body panel during highintensity riding. Anchored across the shoulders by ASSOS lightest bib straps.
- Raw Cut: A low-volume cuff construction that eliminates the hem for frictionless layering with rain or wind booties.
- Reflective: Reflective details on the lower legs catch light throughout the pedal stroke, increasing rider visibility in low-light
conditions.

- Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono 9: Compressive foam materials in a single-layer 9mm racing platform that minimizes volume and weight. Thermoformed shaping eliminates ridges and irritation.
- 3D Waffle: A patented, three-layer, perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
- kraterCooler: An ultralight panel of perforated support at the front creates cooling airflow across the insert.
- whirlKrater: Perforations strategically distributed throughout the insert, creating a whirlwind of cooling airflow instead of just a unidirectional breeze.
- goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at front and rear with floating sides and center, letting it move with your body rather than against it. New cut-outs on wings reduce volume and friction throughout the pedal stroke.
- Mineral Tec Surface: A soft, ultrasmooth coversheet that reduces friction and irritation while promoting comfort with quickdrying properties and permanent odorControl.
