The SIDI MTB Frost Gore 2 is an excellent cold weather/winter MTB/off-road cycling shoe with a Gore-Tex inner liner. Stay dry, warm and comfortable. Enjoy your ride. One of the most exhilarating things in winter is enjoying the fresh crisp air while cycling without having to think about cold, drizzle or simply bad weather. SIDI has redesigned the line of winter season cycling shoes taking into account everything that is strictly essential during the cold season: warmth, protection, breathability and waterproof comfort.
Both the road and MTB/off-road versions have an upper made of mesh and MicroTech Microfiber that guarantees lightness and stability with the interior lined in Gore-Tex® to prevent water from entering. The Tecno 3 closure system is a durable and replaceable mechanism that adapts the shoe upper to the shape of the foot for an excellent personalized fit.
The SIDI MTB Frost Gore, designed for off-road cycling, offers performance and comfort with the MTB17 sole with PU inserts. The shape of the inserts, especially designed to perform on all terrains, allows an excellent grip and provides the right stability, also facilitating the dispersion of mud. The central insert acts as an anti-slip, while the tip offers the possibility of mounting spikes to improve traction on particularly tricky terrain. Additional stability is offered by the reinforced heel that supports and reduces potential slippage. SIDI replacement parts available.

TECNO-3 SYSTEM: TECNO-3 SYSTEM dials in fit along the entire length of the shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a customized fit. SIDI’s famously reliable and replaceable closures are improved by an all new proprietary SIDI Wire material that is completely non-binding for intuitive and effortless on-the fly adjustments.
SIDI HEEL CUP: Reinforced cup that stabilizes and supports the heel. Anatomically shaped plastic, reduces heel slip and provides increased power transfer. Provides additional foot protection in the event of a crash.
MTB SR17: The Sidi MTB sole is made of nylon with PU (polyurethane) inserts. The shape of the sole tread has been specifically designed for off-road cycling, it allows a good grip, facilitates mud dispersion and provides the right stability. The central insert with the Sidi logo works as non-slip and it is practical and useful especially to the less experienced users. The toe area that is more subject to wear, especially when walking, can be replaced and still offers the possibility to mount spikes to improve traction on particularly muddy grounds. SR17 represents the ultimate result in terms of stiffness for pedaling and flexion for walking.
