ASSOS Ultraz Winter Socks P1 provide high level insulation for the most extreme winter conditions, the latest version Ultraz Winter Sock provides additional warmth with a higher cuff for more coverage.
High insulation. High breathability. Both are critical for comfort in the coldest winter conditions, because they preserve warmth and eliminate the risk of internal moisture turning into a clammy chill turning into frigid, stinging, ride-ending discomfort. The Ultraz P1 achieves both, with triple-layer insulation in key areas that breathes well. The yarns are also infused with merino wool, which has natural odor-resistance and – in the event precipitation or road spray gets past your winter booties – stays warm, even when wet. The cuff height, now increased to 18cm (7in), adds thermal coverage and reduces the risk of gaps between layers.
