THE CLASS HAS NO AGE.

Even today, about thirty years since it was introduced for the first time, it is a symbol of style and design. The star shaped tubes of the legendary Master together with the special Arabesque lug work and make this a jewel of inestimable value. The new Arabesque frame is compatible with modern groupsets or traditional gruppos that feature downtube shifters for those chasing the authentic look. This is the real deal, made in Italy! 30 years after the debut of the Colnago Arabesque it has come back to life after a box of lugs was found hidden in the basement of Ernesto Colnago's home in Italy, a more romantic and fitting story can hardly be told. To be the owner of such a bike will without doubt bring pure enjoyment.

Using the same traditional methods to braze and paint the Arabesque make it not only a classic but the king of all classic steel bikes.

Limited quantities are available, contact us for more info. Unlike the original round-tube Arabesque models, this new run will use the Colnago Master’s star-shaped tube set, marrying the signature details of both frames. This move also prevents any mistaking the new version model with frames built in the 1980s, which will probably be a relief to collectors of the original Arabesque. Depending on a number of factors Colnago estimate they will build between 400 and 600 units for worldwide distribution.

Also possible are a variety of Neo-Retro custom builds for this frame. Current components such as classic silver alloy Campagnolo Centaur 11s comes to mind or perhaps a Campagnolo Chorus 12s groupset would not seem out of place.
