The SIDI Genius has gone through many changes during its tenure as a mainstay in the SIDI range. The newest version, the SIDI Genius 10 has a new sole and closure system compared to previous versions. It has all the hallmarks of a classic Sidi shoe with its clean looking, perforated upper, iconic heel cup and the longstanding Tecno-3 retention dials. The upper material is made from durable, eco-friendly materials.

TECHNOLOGY: Microfibra Microtech: Incorporates features of resistance, stability, lightness, transpiration, water-repellency and eco-friendliness. Lower environmental impact, less noxious emissions into the air and into the work environment and the fact that not solvents but water-based products were used in manufacturing, is beneficial to the environment as well as the final user.
SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM - 4: The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is a wide, anatomically curved strap combined with a soft, thermo-formed EVA pad that distributes pressure evenly over the instep area. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is adjustable from both sides, to perfectly center the EVA pad over a high or low instep. The system eliminates the need for the High Instep Extender. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is replaceable.
Techno - 3 System: SIDI’s TECHNO-3 SYSTEM dials in fit along the entire length of the shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a customized fit. SIDI’s famously reliable and replaceable closures are improved by an all new proprietary SIDI Wire material that is completely non-binding for intuitive and effortless on-the-fly adjustments. Like most SIDI small parts, the TECNO-3 BUCKLE is serviceable and replaceable.
SIDI Heel Cup: The reinforced heel keeps the foot in a optimal position and avoids the shoe being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure.
Replaceable Heel Pad: For walkability, SIDI cycling shoes include a replaceable polyurethane heel pad.
CARBON COMPOSITE 20: A composite sole built from nylon and injected carbon fiber. The carbon composite sole provides technical features resulting in a durable, light and stiff sole. The central part of the sole is marked with a scale, to facilitate the correct fixing and alignment of the cleats. Equipped with the SIDI replaceable polyurethane heel pad.
