Unlike most membrane-backed laminates, Schloss is highly breathable and stretchy, an ASSOS developed textile for high-output efforts. Each panel is cut to mirror the body on the bike for a trim, layer-friendly race fit.
At just 170g, the jacket also stows in a rear pocket in the same unobtrusive manner as those paper-thin wind shells. Other details include the taped wrists and neck to minimize friction, along with rear pocket slots that give you access to your jersey pockets beneath. The double-slider zipper features easy-to-grab pulls, giving you the option to ventilate from the top or bottom.
